eg A acy of Results: Our Operational Blueprint
Techno Eco Work Methods – Engineered for Results:
1.Water Jet Washing:
Water jet washing is a critical surface preparation technique used before applying color plaster on exterior or interior walls. It ensures the surface is clean, stable, and ready to receive the plaster, which improves adhesion, longevity, and final appearance.
✅ Why Water Jet Washing is Important:
1.Removes Dust and Debris:
•Clears loose particles, dirt, and construction residues from the wall surface.
2.Eliminates Salts and Efflorescence:
•Helps remove any surface salt deposits that may cause future discoloration or peeling of the color plaster.
3.Strips Off Old Coatings:
•Can remove old paint, flaky plaster, algae, or mildew, which might affect bonding.
4.Opens the Pores of the Substrate:
•Exposes a fresh and absorbent surface for better penetration and adhesion of the plaster.
5.Reduces Surface pH:
•Helps wash off alkaline residues on new cement plaster, reducing the risk of reaction with the new color plaster.
Non-Metallic non-Shrink Fibber Reinforced Repair Mortar:
Product:
Non-Metallic Non-Shrink Fibber Reinforced Repair Mortar is a ready-to-use mortar mainly made of sand, special cement, fibers and additives that provide unique properties: non-shrinking, high strength, high adhesion and compactness. The highly compacted grains slow down carbonation.
Properties:
•Non-Shrinking
•High Strength
•Normal Setting
•Good Resistance to sea water and to high sulphate water
•Prevents steel reinforcements from corrosion
SCOPE OF USE:
•Repair of concrete surfaces, honeycombing, edges of steps and all types of loads bearing situations.
•Restoring the structure of damaged construction: columns, slabs, vault, mats and dam overflows.

Mixed Mechanical Replacement by Styrene Butadiene Rubber + Distilled Water:
In advanced applications of color plaster, especially where performance and aesthetic quality are critical, the mixing process plays a fundamental role in the final outcome. Traditionally, the plaster mix is blended using mechanical mixing methods — typically with a low-speed drill or a paddle mixer. This method, known as “Mixed Mechanical”, ensures uniform dispersion of cement, aggregates, polymers, and pigments throughout the plaster. It eliminates air pockets, minimizes lumps, and creates a consistent texture that is essential for decorative finishes.
To enhance the performance of the color plaster, the traditional addition of plain water during mixing is being replaced by a combination of Styrene Butadiene Rubber latex and distilled water. Styrene Butadiene Rubber is a powerful polymer additive known for improving flexibility, adhesion, and water resistance of cementitious plasters. When mixed with distilled water instead of regular tap water, it provides a much more controlled and reactive environment. This results in better chemical bonding between the polymer and the cement particles, leading to superior performance in durability, surface bonding, and finish quality.
Why Use Styrene Butadiene Rubber + Distilled Water Instead of Normal Water?
•Eliminates Impurities
Distilled water is free from salts, chlorine, minerals, and organic contaminants found in tap water. This prevents unwanted reactions with SBR or cement, ensuring a clean chemical environment.
•Maximizes Polymer Efficiency
SBR performs best in a neutral and pure mixing medium. Distilled water allows the polymer chains to remain active and fully functional during hydration.
•Improved Adhesion
The bond strength to substrates is noticeably higher when SBR is mixed with distilled water due to better dispersion and particle interaction.
•Longer Pot Life and Workability
The mix remains workable for a longer time, providing better control during application and finishing.
•No Efflorescence Issues
Tap water often contributes to white salt deposits (efflorescence) on the plaster surface. Using distilled water prevents this problem.
•Consistent Color Quality
With no mineral or chemical interference, pigments in the plaster remain pure and evenly distributed, resulting in sharper, more consistent color tones.
•Higher Durability
The final plaster is more resistant to weathering, cracking, and moisture, especially in harsh climates like the Gulf region.

✅ Choose Techno Eco – Where Performance Meets Aesthetic Excellence
Color Render Options Available:
•Normal Acrylic
-Caparol
-Jotun
•Techno Eco Thermal Paint
Normal Acrylic Coating – Caparol:
Caparol is known for its premium-quality acrylic and silicone-based coatings, commonly used for exterior façades and decorative finishes. Products like Amphibian and Muresko offer excellent weather resistance, breathability, and UV stability. These coatings provide a clean, durable finish suitable for both residential and commercial projects. While Caparol excels in protecting surfaces against environmental degradation, it does not offer any thermal insulation. Its purpose is purely aesthetic and protective, not functional in terms of heat control.
Normal Acrylic Coating – Jotun:
Jotun is a trusted global brand with a variety of acrylic-based coatings such as Jotashield Tex Ultra, Fenomastic, and Jotashield Color Extreme. These paints are widely used across the Gulf region for their fade-resistant colors, anti-carbonation performance, and weatherproof qualities. Jotun acrylic coatings are ideal for enhancing the look and lifespan of buildings. However, like Caparol, Jotun acrylics are non-insulating — they do not reduce internal temperatures or provide energy-saving benefits in hot climates.
Why Choose Techno Eco Thermal Coating Instead?
Techno Eco Thermal Coating – Key Advantages:
🌡️ Thermal Insulation Built-In:
Unlike acrylic paints, Techno Eco Thermal Coating contains nano-ceramic or hollow glass microspheres that reflect solar radiation and reduce heat absorption. This can lower surface temperatures by 15–25°C, making indoor environments significantly cooler.
Without Thermal Paint | With Thermal Paint
💡 Energy Cost Reduction:
The thermal insulation helps reduce dependency on air conditioning systems, cutting energy bills by up to 30–40% — something that Caparol and Jotun acrylics do not offer.
🧱 Dual-Action: Protection + Insulation:
Techno Eco provides both decorative surface protection and functional thermal performance in a single coating system, reducing the need for separate insulation materials.
🔬 Advanced Nanotechnology Formula:
Engineered using high-reflectance pigments, nano-silica, and elastomeric polymers, Techno Eco coatings adapt to expansion/contraction without cracking, and withstand harsh Gulf climates.
